I don't like this kind of community/user instance because 2 instances have to deal with the same problem. E.g. a rogue user can troll on most community instances until they are banned by their user instance.

The instance fragmentatios is not as big issue as it's quite easy to create new accounts. There was a thread about this some days ago here, I also use different accounts on different instances for different topics.

Here is a video of him running on the 2012 olympics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vB_g-RSIGfM

He was so much quicker than everyone else on the paralympics, it wasn't a challenge for him. By comparison the same 400m para final also in 2012: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qn4FWEm4FzM

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Károly_Kernstok

He was the leader of the avant-garde group The Eight.

He was appointed as Government Commissioner for Arts and got an art school during the short lived Hungarian Soviet Republic in 1919. He had to leave Hungary after the collapse of the republic.

He was rehabilitated in 1926 and could go back to Hungary where he lived as a acclaimed artist until his death in 1940.

OP found the discord not created it. I think it's nice they shared it, maybe it could help someone.

I know one related matrix/irc channel, OsArch: https://osarch.org/chat/ #OSArch:matrix.org It's mostly about BlenderBIM, but a lot of FreeCAD user hangs out there.

Is this an app for recording and editing podcasts? Why do they need usb access for that? On its website it doesn't says anything about usb.

Another note, usually wired net connection is better for server usage, but afaik none of the compute sticks have an ethernet connector. But you can buy usb network cards which can give you better stability even on an usb2 port.

Ok, elevator pitch for muggles:

They are good devices, and there is a huge hacker community behind them. Having a hacker community means, that they are not locked down, and when the manufacturer will disappear you can still use them with some tricks. You really own them, you can do whatever you want with them.

I wouldn't call it unmaintained, maybe just not actively developed. The developer is still frequent on Github, but not in this repo, and I can't find any notice about stepping down as a maintainer.

I use Easer for some automations, I never needed to check docs, the app speaks for itself. There aren't a lot of buttons in the app.

What baud rate your serial connection needs? Parity bit? Is it even COM1 or COM2?

It wasn't better, it was annoying in a different way.
