I find it annoying to worry about multiple partition sizes. Having to make sure your root and home partition are sized correctly is one more thing to think about.

Seems like an odd direction when a lot services are moving online and to SaaS based solutions, removing the dependency of a specific underlying OS.

It switched to a subscription model. When you launch the app now it asks what tier you want to be part of per month

Seems like a reasonable position? If your goal is a safe welcoming community, cutting users who do not fit that initiative makes sense. If someone is racist or insulting, regardless of if they have donated or you see an influx of people with similar ideals, it is against the goals and objectives of the instance and the community they wish to foster. So, cutting them off seems appropriate.

I have the non pro version. It has been great so far. My only annoyances have been the slicer software supplied by Elegoo is an outdated version of Cura and there are no profiles for the printer in any other slicers I've seen. You can recreate the profiles in the up-to-date Cura but it is annoying. There are also no custom nozzles yet and it uses a non standard size so none of the current 3rd party nozzles work.

I think Jisti does all of those things. Essentially a self hostable zoom. Audio, video, screensharing and text chats.
