This blind hate of AI is also a great sorta red flag. Currently afaik it's only for auto image captions and some not even released (?) feature. Not all AI is the hostile copyright ignoring AI like gpt and shit

There's an in-development program for GNOME called Valent. It's been pretty solid for me. It's also not a GNOME shell extension, instead a native app.

All patches should be open source / freely to inspect afaik, I think the official installation process even involves patching an official Discord .apk file locally
