Public libraries hold community events all the time, though..? At least the ones near me have conference rooms and such that can be booked. One reason why drag time story hour has been under attack lately. One of the many avenues to further ostracize us

I know alcohol is a depressant, but initially it can wake you up and long term absolutely fucks your ability to sleep. I highly recommend dropping that from your sleep aids. My ex claimed it helped him but it was honestly disturbing how he couldn't tell just how wrong he was: waking up every few hours at most when he finally did manage to get to sleep. I had to help him taper down to prevent seizures, though, so this is obviously an extreme example.

Lol damn, God forbid someone want more out of life than scraping by getting basic needs barely met. I've been looking around while in school, and plenty of jobs are still paying $15-19/hr. That is barely enough to get by, depending where you live and rent may not even be enough, let alone take a vacation once a year or even think of raising a family.

I just don't want to go through pregnancy, personally. Love kids but not enough to risk my life and permanent bodily changes. The being poor part is secondary

Because thinking in absolutes isn't scientific. Is it possible some of the reported are lies? Sure. What do we do with that? Verify. Do you know people wear lipstick for more reasons than signaling sexual arousal, as an example?

I'd encourage you to follow up on her story, actually. She's spoken out against Dr. Phil along with other minors sent to "the ranch" for some pretty horrific abuse. Idk anything else about her, never listened to her music, but I think victims deserve to at least be heard. She probably has a better platform than others
