I know part of what makes it expensive is the propagation of messages in complex rooms (I.e. the official matrix room). I haven't hosted matrix servers myself, but data.haus did which I was on until it sunsetted late last year due to this issue.
Matrix, xmpp, IRC or even rocketchat are better alternatives.
I was in Oslo yesterday, and brunost is fucking amazing ๐คค
Tallest man is really good. And if you see him live, his tallness will surprise you.
Sounds like BankID (and feja?). Remember to support DFRI and their fight to being open, independent standards for identification.
Can you share a guide / tutorial on how to accomplish what OP wants (or just get started with Prometheus)? I was in the same boat as OP and settled for netdata, and eventually gave up on monitoring altogether because it was either overwhelming me with data, too cumbersome to set up or had features behind paid plans.
What circumstances would that be? I can't see the use case doe this, but I'm open to see how and when that would be needed.
Thank you, this was a really interesting read. Would love to see a tutorial series on processes by you!
I work in IT and I need this. This field is vast and sometimes it's hard to know what you don't know, or how well you know what you know.
Sure, there's certs, but they just show how well you're familiar with that particular field (or worse yet, that you know how to pass that particular test).
I can vouch for nobara. WiFi and touchscreen worked flawlessly OOTB.
