Protonmail has been my main email provider for the past 7 years, and unless its CEO decides to sell it to Trump or Musk I honestly don't see how his stupid private or not so private opinions are worth the hassle of changing my email for the million things I use my main and all the other emails I registered with Protonmail.
Most rich people have very dubious or outright awful political opinions and unless you're rich enough to have someone build you an alternative or deconnected enough from society/only exist in programmer circles and are able to live entirely on FOSS software I don't see why the average user should care about the CEO's political stance. Maybe that's my ignorant opinion as a European, but would you stop using Linux if you found out Linus Torvalds secretly loves Windows? Probably not.

I know I'm somewhere close to aphantasia, you didn't have to rub it in!
(Genuinely though, you might wanna consider providing some links like the VVIQ or a general definition of aphantsia before throwing around terms like "low-level vision" because otherwise you might unintentionally come across as a bit insulting) @bownage@beehaw.org see here :)

I don't think I should be voting on the poll since I'm still catching up on all Trek between TOS and Discovery, so I only know one of the 4 characters pictured and that's Number One. But that got me to think about another possible name: Number21 or Number2One/NumberTwentyOne, or however you want to spell it. Idk if the 21 in your username has some meaning to you, but that way you'd be able to keep it :)
But it also kinda sounds like you're ordering something off a menu so idk about that... ^^'

Leaving a comment in hopes of you telling me when you or someone else creates it

This looks super cool but I'm confused on how it works; is this the very back or front? Does the tram in Stuttgart just take longer at stops so you can take of your bike, especially if you didn't manage to get into the cart right next to it because it's rush hour or something?

It's a screenshot of a character from the TV adaption of The Expanse, Jules-Pierre Mao. He's famous for doing experiments with radiation ::: spoiler minor Leviathan Wakes/Season 1 spoiler and neglecting any human rights while doing so. :::

Inside Llewyn Davis is one of my favorite movies for how it essentially deals with depression, but Dave van Ronk being an ally even if just in throwing bricks makes it even better imo

First impressions (to be continued when I watch the second episode next week)

5x01 Nice feelgood introductory episode (action scenes in warp, actions scenes in the desert, saving the population of a city through the power of ~~friendship~~ combined shields, Romulan tech, a lot of TNG references I didn't get because I never watched it but I'm sure it's good fanservice, Book's return, new Tilly storyline, new Saru story line, Kovich bringing in the unethical orders, Michael and Vance disregarding them etc etc) but I didn't like that it felt as if someone desperately wanted to introduce every new storyline in the first episode

An episode of Star Trek after a long day.

My friends/sibling.

Researching my niche interests/finding out I share a niche interest with someone.

Taking a mental health walk.

Snacking unhealthy amounts of camembert, drinking black tea and Berber (green tea with spearmint) tea, snacking cucumber.

Eating good Falafel/Sushi/Asian/Middle-Eastern cuisine.

A good workout/feeling completely exhausted after doing martial arts.

Being able to help other people.

And because of your username: playing TotK.

I think it's just that trans people will find it easier to transition from one dying platform to a beautiful new one. (I'm so sorry, but you basically set up the punchline for me, I'll show myself out now.)

OP are you making these yourself? Or do you know where they come from? This really tickles my funny bone, I love them Claire's memes.
