I was gonna comment to explain why you should use UBlock origins instead, but I see the people have already spoken so I'll just confirm.

If you live in the natural habitat of the north african wildcat, it's a complicated question, because if cats outnumber their wild counterparts and interbreed with them, their descendants risk adopting unnatural behaviors like losing their fear of humans. The higher than normal number of predators could also be a risk for other local species (they may be used to being hunted by wild cats, but not that many...). So, yeah, depending on the cat population density in the area, they should probably stay indoors to.

Indeed they should and are, except when they are in their natural habitat. It's better to not take them out of their habitat in the first place, but it's also better to not release a buch of them in an environment that can't handle them.

I strongly agree! They have such delicate grey pattern, plus these iridescent feathers, and these orange eyes... I've been trying to tell people that and I was appalled to see they didn't seem to undertsand what I was saying. In one specific instance, I was pointing at the pigelon and saying "Look, isn't it beautiful? See these patterns? See this rainvow on its collar?" and the guy just said "I don't know, it's just a pigeon" . I'm starting to think many people don't actually look at pigeons. They don't see their shape their feathers or their colors. They quickly identify it as a pigeon, and immediately attach to them all the ideas they've been learning to attach to them : Dirty, invasive, pests... It's like their not seeing an image, just a whiteboard with a bunch of words, attached to more words. Like these overly labelled comics, but only the labels. They look at things and identity them, but don't see them.

Lawful evil: "How do you not know this, isn't it common knowledge?"

Is something wrong with me if I first red "White Mouse" instead of "White House" on the pics and for a split second I thought it was gonna be about Stuart Little?

Ok, but what about this one beach in Bretagne, France, where people have been stacking rocks for years and there are actually some pretty impressive stacks? (/s, tho there actually is a place like that and I now have conflicted feelings about it)

Exact opposite of me, I was on Hexbear for a while and had just made a Lemmy account before Hexbear federated; now I'm not sure which one to keep (keeping both for now).
