Right, he was shit all other times in his political carrier. But that one time, he did his duty, despite the threats.

But wouldn't that include almost everyone but native people?

After visiting there in 2010, right before they got the FIFA World Cup, they were well on their way toward a stable infrastructure. Then, after they got the World Cup, they switched from country-wide stable infrastructure to major construction projects for the like 2-weeks the event took place. It was sad to see those living in little shanty towns, with makeshift power and cable setups, and know that a better way was coming before soccer/football ruined it.

Really glad to see the country taking a win and helping out their country, even if it s likely not explicitly their goal.

Right? These Russian or right-wing grifters would be fawning over support for Israel and Bibi's genocide if it was tRump in there right now. Fuck, the dude would probably have sent US troops to aid in ground offensives alongside the IDF.

It's tiresome, and I just want this collective nightmare for most, and wet dreams for others, to be over. The constant goal-post dodgeball game is beyond overplayed at this point. Anyone who still conflates what Biden is doing with regards to Israel and what tRump would do in the same position, are beyond help at this point, IMO. tRump supporters have, for nearly a decade now, refused to accept reality as it exists, and instead are perfectly content with tRump so long as he is hurting the right people. They simply cannot distance their ideology from their politics so they double-down.

This is why MAGA constantly thinks all those voting for Biden and the Democratic party are doing so because they are loyal to Biden and the party. Most of us voting for Biden are not loyal at all to the Democrats or Biden. We vote for whomever will move the needle toward the kind of world we want to live in. tRump absolutely will do the up opposite, we already know that from the first circus of an administration.

Whatever keeps that traitor out of positions of power is a good thing for this country, it's people, and the world. tRump is a weak-man's version of a strong-man. He deserves no less than jail time.

That's a cool aspect of it, no doubt, I just wish it took a backseat to the core game play. We have so many FPS games, but not many great new-gen space sims.

I'm sorry for your lost employment. Hopefully you at least acquired skills to land an even better job!

My power got shut off one day before December last year. I thought the bills were all being paid cause I received no notice of delinquency. Turns out, my electric company purged my account.

When I tried to make a new account, going through multiple attempts where the only thing that worked right was their shitty captcha (select all motorcycles bullshit), I finally had to call them. Turns out, soon as I switched to a chromium browser, it allowed me to complete the registration.

I told the rep on the phone, a nice lady who was as shocked as I was that Firefox wasn't allowing registration to complete, to convey to their IT team that a) removing the accounts of paying customers is a really awful policy (who logs into their power companies site after setting up auto pay?) and b) that catering to a single line of browser was not bad practice. She said she'd pass it on.

I don't think she passed it on.

"Lead kisses," sounds like something an American cop would call their bullets as they tenderly complete the filling of their 12th magazine.

Bootstraps made in USA...and broke! Reaffirming call for support.

I hear ya. I only recently got Vyvanse for the first time in about 5 weeks. Finally the generic drops, I call about a week after to see about getting that or the brand named version and they are out of generic.

Also, as if anyone needed a reminder, but insurance companies are such stupid fucks. I tried to fill my original script for the named version and my insurance refused to authorize it, citing they will only approve the generic version now that it's out. Like, WTF do they think can happen in 1-week? Did anyone there take any economics classes?

So I contacted my provider and they wanted to write me physical scripts I'd have to drive across town to get. My pharmacy didn't have any 70mg available, which was why they offered. I pushed the point about not wanting to drive to the office, monthly (because this government is shit and we can't get any larger supply), and they managed to get authorization for a 30mg and 40mg supply.

I took my only ADHD medicine for the first time in over a month this last Friday. I be turned 39 on Tuesday off last week...
