There is no edge. Just the farthest back in time we can see because of how long light takes to reach us. It's constantly expanding not because it doesn't exist but because we can see more of the light.
I suspect we don't know as much as we think we do about the way the universe works. Once we figure out the missing info, it will unlock a lot more than just the forces at play.

You may experience dark thoughts at times, when things seem at their most hectic. This is normal, just don't follow through with them. Believe it or not, when all they do is cry, eat, poop, and sleep, it's the best time.
Soon as they can move freely, it can be hard to keep up. Soon as they can talk, they fight you on every. Little. Thing.
Treat your partner like royalty and do everything they need.

For what it's worth, I'm a 39-year-old veteran and also dislike being thanked for my service. I just don't know how to respond to it. I feel like, "you're welcome" or, "no problem" is not appropriate. I also don't know how to respond to most complements.
