Hell yeah, I am also doing microexercises during the shift! I usually do some jumping jacks, push-ups and calf raises. I'm always looking for some simple exercises that I can do during the shift, let me know if you have any recommendations

This week I was back in my hometown visiting my parents so my main goal was to cuddle my doggo, cat and small kittens. I'm glad to say that it was mission-accomplished-1 mission-accomplished-2

I also went hiking and rode my bike. Next week I'm back to the ugly ass city. I want to go running on 2 days and continue tracking my nutrition. Getting back on tha motherfucking horse

No Zero Days is an interesting concept but it doesn't account for the fact that everybody has a shit day (or more) sometimes. My approach is to try to make continuous progress, no matter how small. Some days will not be productive, but that's normal and expected. The important thing is that you're still on an upwards trajectory stonks-up

Great idea, I will start doing a roll call starting from next week.

I have recently started reading How Not to Die by Michael Greger. It's packed with a lot of useful information on health and nutrition but at the same time it's very easy to read. He's using facts & logic to conclusively prove that the plant based diet is the healthiest diet. I think everybody should read it, this book will literally add years to your life. vegan-seitan

I'm also reading The Hobbit, which is a really comfy book. comfy
