IMHO, it has a TrackPoint, there's no need for a a trackpad. I have a x201 on Linux Mint and literally just disable the trackpad.
I don't have a source, but it wasn't that Netflix didn't lose subscribers, it was that their revenues grew. Part of that was charging subscribers more, but a lot of that was the new ad-supported plans netted them more money than basic ad-free plans. Which is probably why they're now sunsetting the basic ad-free plans.
Same reason the headlines aren't listing Hamas leader: the international public doesn't know who they are. Netanyahu, on the other hand, has been on the international stage since the '90s.
Maybe this is being too cold-hearted, but we tend to choose pets that live a fraction of a human's life. There are many animals which could make good pets except they live as long as humans (if not a lot longer).
I think what this article was something like,
The biggest tragedy of pet ownership is that sometimes those pets die far too soon due to illness.
Therefore his death was PAINLESS.
Except for the 22 minutes of struggling to breath. Unless you're discounting those by saying he was unconscious the moments before his death. If that's the case, most forms of what we consider painful death are after at least a few moments of unconsciousness.
I don't think there's any evidence these schools had any links with Zionism. So, it's clearly anti-semitism, not anti-zionism.
They do, but...

There is a greater chance of being punished if you ignore the flashing lights on emergency vehicles. Almost all police cars have dash cams and most fire & EMT vehicles do too, so if you're not immediately caught, your fine might come in the mail.

The measure suggested in this video don't work for emergency vehicles, unless you want a completely separate network for them to drive on.
From the article,
Federal judges said Tuesday that they will draft new congressional lines for Alabama ... A special master will be tapped to draw new districts for the state, the judges said. Alabama is expected to appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
So, unless the Supreme Court overturns this ruling, they won't get that option.
It's not an "either-or". HSR and public transit allow for Transit-oriented development which helps enable building more affordable housing. This also allows for residents to own less cars which on average cost owners ~$10K/year. Less cars also allows for reduced road budgets, so governments can allocate those funds elsewhere.
And to be honest, I'm not a fan of sources reporting on themselves. Even if I considered this a reputable source (I have no opinion on it either way), I would want a third-party article.
