I don't have a full answer, so I won't try to answer it right now, but I will surely think about it during the next days.
Almost all of our GUI software was designed with high refresh rate screens in mind, so it can be clunky to use e-ink ones. If we had GUis based on section changing, instead of scrolling, it wouldn't be a problem. On pcs, using the page up and down keys can be a workaround, but on phones, it's complicated.
I wonder how many artifacts could be recovered if we could search all the rich people mansions...
It would be more interesting if it was open source.

Syncthing has saved me a few times from hardware failure and no important data was lost. I wish I knew about it far earlier. Awesome software!

I buy all my electronics in black, because they can last decades and still look fine. Most white or colored stuff become yellowish with time.

I believe telegram manages that with severe upload and download speed limits, but Telegram has always been a bit shady, hasn't it? Who knows how they financially support all that.
