You can't compare the USD with a crypto. A crypto is only based on offer and demand and are volatile. A fiat, it related to entire gigantic economies, governments and markets. I'm not saying one is better than the other, they are different and can't just be compared.

A similar case happened here in Argentina around 2001, the government decided to forcibly convert all dollars in bank accounts to trash local currency. But these situations are at a higher level than a corporation like Binance breaking. We are talking about the whole government and all companies and oligarchs involved.

Only available in a few countries, not in Latin America. It is not mentioned anywhere.
