Pretty much every proposal here is brutal. That section appears to be less explicitly laid out than others. Its vague and likely with a far less detailed plan than what is visible in the rest of the article.

Hilarious that US AI tech is DOA because capitalist ghouls have lobbied against social projects for the past forty years. Turns out short-term decision-making under the imperatives of profit maximization and infinite growth resembles looting more than governance.

Look at you working so hard to not care about change.

People like you are what holds back a lot of the real work.

It needs to be clear that this decision will kill people. They know that and they know they can try to kill people with impunity. That needs to change.

Exactly what the fuck do you think you're referencing?

I am so fucking tired of these "we asked for it," "we deserve this," narratives. THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WHO VOTED DID NOT VOTE FOR THIS GOVERNMENT. It was elected with 43% of the popular vote in a snap election that had a 45% voter turnout. This narrative promotes an individualist moral explanation for the fundamentally systemic issue that is our fucked election system.

You have someone to blame, good for you, that doesn't do anything. People who vote Con do so because they do not care about other people and %99 of them never will; they are disproportionately represented by landlords. Many people who do not vote very often correctly identify that the system is rigged against their interests and will not recognise their choice.

Check local activist networks for any action directed at MPP offices. You can email and call but if your MPP is Con they will not give a shit unless you inconvenience them.

Y'all, they're never going to adopt a solution that works. Climate change mitigation is an existential threat to capitalism because it would force the recognition of any imperative other than profit and infinite growth; it is infact antithetical to them.
