Try Fern's season! You don't have to watch any of the seasons in order, they all exist in a vacuum. And it's all on YouTube! I say give S14 E1 a shot and see how you like it :)

I cry at the most random things. Most recently I cried during the last episode of Only Connect because a contestant solved a clue in a very clever way

As someone who spent some time homeless this entire comment is bullshit haha

I personally think season 2 is the best season, I also slightly preferred 3 over 1. Season 3 had my favorite villain and season 2 had my favorite protagonist.

I think Star Wars is a great example of an original film that's endlessly familiar. It took so many old fantasy tropes, western tropes, war movie tropes, a hefty dose of Kurosawa, and made something that almost anyone can relate to while still being completely alien.

I can't see any evidence that it wasn't Pope Gregory on Oct 15 1582. Which was a Friday, I guess? The previous day, October 4th was a Monday and a Thursday but the Gregorian calendar standardized it.

You should definitely watch it! It's a little rough around the edges because he was only 19 when he wrote and performed it, but it's also extremely impressive because he was only 19 when he wrote and performed it.

I have two, both from the same game and both by the same character.

It is such a quiet thing, to fall. But far more terrible is to admit it.

And

It is a far greater victory to make another see through your eyes than to close theirs forever.

Both by Kreia from Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords

Don't you see? Lame jokes at the expense of religion are JUST AS BAD as religious oppression!

(is /s necessary on this forum?)

The Annals of Tacitus were lost throughout history and many of the passages (including the ones that mention Christ) were rewritten in the 11th century by Christian monks. We cannot trust it as an historical source any more than we can trust the Bible itself

I loved this movie as a kid, and out of ALL MOVIES it was the one to make me pick up a Stephen King book and actually read it cover to cover. So I have to thank it for that.

If you can't connect with someone just because they don't like the same music as you then there's definitely something wrong with you
