It's "two spirit", which is an indigenous term.
Well I never!
That's not how their book lending works. There are a limited number of copies and they can only be checked out in a DRM-protected format. Unless you strip the DRM from them you cannot print them out.
Of course it's rare, how many helicopters are there on Mars?
Then you should stop using YouTube.
And even if it's on their printed menu, you might look at the menu on Google Maps and see one place has a dish for $20 and another place had the same dish for $24. You go to the cheaper place and sit down and see the 18% fee. Are you necessarily going to leave and go to the other one?
Music services are almost a necessity to me because of the amount of music I listen to, but it's also a different animal. They all have mostly the same library, so you won't typically be subscribing to more than one.
The problem with streaming video services is that most people watch a couple genres, and there's content in every genre on every streaming platform. I watch a lot of scifi, for example. So I would need to subscribe to Apple TV for Silo and Foundation, Paramount+ for Star Trek, etc...
It happened after we moved from unlimited data to capped data and back again.
I know people want a new class but I just want Crusader again.
I like your idea of a Hell open world area. I really just want to see some completely different endgame activity like they did in RoS.
They're not super saturating it. They're putting an amount of sugar in the tea that can dissolve at room temperature, it just takes a long time to do so.
I don't know about "ethical" but justified yeah.
Certainly if media is not available for purchase I have no problem with people pirating it. But also if it's not available in a reasonably accessible format. For example, I wanted to show my son the original TMNT show. I would have happily bought it on Vudu, Amazon or Play Movies, but it's only available on iTunes. I have all Android devices and don't even have a personal Windows device, so I would need to jump through serious hoops to get it working if I bought it.
It's sad to me that Pence seems like a reasonable candidate in this list.
