On what?

There is nothing on there that you couldn't find an equivalent of in text form(web or paper) or in the millions of hours of TV and film available on and off the web(both legal and not so legal) or on other platforms like twitch/nebula/peertube/lbry.

So your issue is that Israel couldn't negotiate better or at all?

And I have Palestinian friends that have lost tens of family members.

Hamas wants hostages to do a hostage swap for Palestinians that Israel is holding hostage in their prisons.

This is true of any organisation fighting a nation state.

The IRA did hostage swaps with the British government and this was one of the reasons there is peace in northern Ireland.

Edit: looking at tavarins comment history it is most likely they are a Zionist mouthpiece. Hope they are getting paid and not doing unpaid labour ❤

Oh no! Not a German overcompensating for their countries role in the holocaust.

Both sides fucking suck, the only difference I can see is that HAMAS is bad for Israelis and Palestinians moreso than the Israeli Government is for Israelis.

  • Israel has effectively removed freedom of speech in Israel and are incarcerating thousands of dissenting Israelis (believe it or not this is bad for Israelis)
  • Israel has policies for killing soldiers and civilians if they are going to be taken hostage (dying is generally seen as bad for everyone)
  • Israeli helicopters indiscriminately shooting at the festival are responsible for most of the deaths at the festival on the 7th (pretty bad for Israelis)
  • Israel has killed more Israeli hostages than Hamas and has tried to refuse accepting the return of hostages (I'd be more scared of Israel than hamas if I was a hostage right now)
  • Israel has a 99% civilian kill ratio when targeting hamas in this latest operation (IOF just being a shit army, bad for Israelis to be linked to this)

If you want to dismantle Hamas for the the operation on the 7th, by the same logic we should dismantle Israel 10x for all their operations since 2003 such as operation lead.

If they've been there more than 400 years then then you should consider them to have a claim on the land. Either you are a massive hypocrite or you advocate for indigenous peoples in the Americas to take back their land from colonist descendants.

Iraq, Afghanistan, maiden coup, Palestine, Philippines, Syria, Libya and probably more that I don't know off the top of my head.

Weird you had to specify Latin American democracies

Edit: saw someone linked about a US backed coup in Latin America in 2020 so the 40 years without meddling in Latin America isn't even true 🤣 https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2020/sep/18/silence-us-backed-coup-evo-morales-bolivia-american-states

Journalist who reported this as fact, later tweeted that they had only overheard it in a soldiers conversation.

No evidence that this happened.

Nice atrocity propaganda.

No evidence of 250 dead. Only videos of people running away and Israeli eye witnesses saying resistance fighters were kind to them.

Nice atrocity propaganda though.

Yeah there is. If you're antifascist and anti-imperialist you should support the oppressed people.

If you don't side explicitly against fascist states and American imperialism then you support it.

We've had video editing software available to most personal computers since at least 1999 with imovie and 2000 with windows movie maker. IMO this is all general computer users need.

Professional level video production is not general computing, it's very niche. Yes it's nice that more people have access to this level of software but is it responsible.

The post does raise some real issues, increasing hardware specs is not consequence free. Rapidly increasing hardware requirements has meant most consumers have needed to upgrade their machines. Plenty of these could have still been in operation to this day. There is a long trail of e-waste behind us that is morally reprehensible.

How does Microsoft's boot taste?

At least own it dude

You are an outsider to this instance and the info you chose to share clearly tries to paint hexbears in a bad light. You gave no counter to that narrative such as a screen shot of good discussion that is happening in this post.

I've believe you should be able to post on our instance and will not call to defederate from your instance because I disagree with you. I also don't expect everyone to post balanced arguments because I don't more often than not. I will however call people out for hypocrisy.
