He emphasized that the proposed tariffs would leave companies with no choice but to invest in domestic production facilities to avoid high taxes.

No choice except the obvious: Pass the cost of the Tax into the customer because there’s no way they’re going to spend billions to stand up a US fab plant anytime soon.

I went to the store today and I’m afraid that Eggs still cost the same as a week ago.

Sounds like Russia just admitted they did it then. There’s no reason for them to say it this way otherwise.

They could have said “we’ll work with you” or provided proof they didn’t do it, or other constructive things, but instead they say this.

The phrase “Haha So True!” (referred to as ‘HST’ henceforth to save space and out of respect for the readers’ precious time who would rather engage in intellectual conversations elsewhere than keep repeating “Haha So True!” over and over again

Yeah, we definitely need less people in this country. I’m sure it’ll help fill all the job vacancies and increase productivity and GDP.

I will make sure to bring this up when any republicans complain that are so many vacancies because no one wants to work anymore.

Taliban men must be the weakest in the world if they can’t even hear a woman’s voice without being shoved into temptation. Do they all just instantly nut when a wrist bone slides out from the veil?! Talk about not having any confidence in themselves.

What does he think, Apple is going to release a keynote tomorrow with Tim Cook saying “ah, my bad, Elon doesn’t like it so we’re rolling it back”. And if he blocks Apple devices from Viewing Xitter, they’ll finally move on to other platforms which will potentially cut his user base in half.

How was that not expected? Give people somewhere to stick files that they don’t want to lose because of a hard drive crash or computer malfunction. Files that they absolutely want backed up somewhere not locally. Files that they may want to get access to while not at home… All those are going to be things like taxes, receipts, medical forms and data, scans of important documents, etc. like, that’s the point.
