These rights are being led and removed by Republican states and their respective politicians. They are unfortunately doing everything in their power to ensure their ideology remains in power. They also have a mass following that perpetuates their ideology through their media. For instance, Texas has consistently refused to follow the orders of the Biden administration when it pertains to the border. What would you expect him to do in that scenario?

Is that not what he’s trying to do, or did I miss something? I’m pretty sure he laid out a plan or reform. I think the issue would be getting the Republicans to agree to it though (considering their majority on the Supreme Court are the ones creating these catastrophes). I also feel like Biden is between a rock and a hard place. “Presidential immunity” but if Biden used that to his advantage he’d just be belittled by the Republicans.
