Sounds good! We had a vegan Friendsgiving last week potluck style. I made a seitan turkey that was pretty good. Our family sucks so it's just my wife, toddler, baby and myself today, and I get to make another vegan spread. Just did a main, two sides, and pumpkin pie but I'm wiped out.
