I guess I messed up during the drying process. Such a beautiful cola, too, but I forgot to take a pic before I noticed the mold - at which point I just started peeling away chunks at a time ☹️
What a bummer.
The moldy blur effect.
At least you learned how to not let it happen the next time.
How do you make sure it doesn’t happen?
I'd guess like any other mold prevention, moisture control.
