Can't tell if getting old or just have a poor diet but I went to innocently fart just now and well...I didn't fart.

This is like the 3 time I've shit myself on accident this year, every time it happens I go to fart and push a little too hard and soil myself. 
now it has me worried I'm dying.
I’ve got a friend who says once you hit 30, you get 2 freebies a year before you’ve gotta call the doctor but even that sounds like a lot to me.
2 sounds like a lot still and 30 sounds young too
I mean I hope I'm not shitting my pants multiple times a year until at least my 60s
