I don’t think the right will have a problem with this. They’re gonna sit back and hope we bit off more than we can chew. Can we please focus on fixing our housing problem next?

They can hope while we welcome their best and brightest who don't want the government all over their bodies and lives.

I agree we need to build more housing, but as an Angeleno, fuck this fear of biting off more than we can chew, let's fuckin' go.

It's not lack of housing. There are 93,000 vacant homes in Los Angeles alone. That's enough to house every homeless person in the city in their own home, with 20,000 to spare.

It's housing as an investment.

In some places it's zoning laws, others it's people buying houses to sit on. Fucked either way and needs to change.

Totally possible, but politicians say a lot of things. Firstly, Homan has to be approved. Second, he doesn’t control the budget. Thirdly, funding cuts have to be approved and can be challenged in court. Trump and team are not the all powerful evil geniuses they are being made out to be.

9. No link shorteners.


The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.


10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
