What I would like to know is why are there outlets on the ceilling.
To make the mistletoaster
Useful for large rooms — hard to install outlets in the middle of the floor (and dangerous). Plus you usually want the mistletoaster to hang not float up.
I've seen this type of outlet in the middle of large rooms:
Are you sure it's more dangerous? Doesn't the cover negate all risk?
Not sure I've ever seen those plugs in the States
There's one in the living room of my mom's house in Texas.
Well, now Mistletoaster is canceled.
"Honey, why did one of these outlets cost twice as much as the others? Where even is it?"
