The Avengers XXX saw its DVD debut May 1, a full three days before Joss Whedon's big screen epic began smashing box office records.

Of course, without an already released source upon which to draw, that meant Braun and co-screenwriter Mark Logan had to concoct their own original story, and in so doing, they added a few things sure to please comic fans aplenty: Namely, the characters of Ms. Marvel, Sharon Carter, the Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk, Spider-Man and Spider-Woman (in a bonus scene) all join the party here,
