RULES
- Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, bigotry, and/or trolling.
- Encourage conversation in your OP. This means including heavily implicative subject matter when you can and also engaging in your thread when possible.
- Avoid controversial topics (e.g. politics or societal debates).
- Stay calm: Don’t post angry or to vent or complain. We are a place where everyone can forget about their everyday or not so everyday worries for a moment. Venting, complaining, or posting from a place of anger or resentment doesn't fit the atmosphere we try to foster at all. Feel free to post those on !goodoffmychest@lemmy.world
- Keep it clean and SFW
- No solicitation such as ads, promotional content, spam, surveys etc.

The kitty's checkup went well! She has a minor ear infection forming but we caught it early, so she's on antibiotics for a week. She's also had pretty bad acid reflux the whole time I've had her, and famotidine helps, but lord forgive me I cannot get her to take a pill every single day. The vet prescribed a liquid version, fingers crossed 🤞
She's also enjoying walkies but I don't know how to keep her from trying to go on neighbor's yards or under cars. She'll tug at the leash and if I don't let her go, instead of going somewhere else, she'll just hunch up and look pissed until I carry her back inside.
