What trash-ass country requires you to maintain a proprietary operating system and device to access government services?
They referred to themselves as a Dane, which is somebody who lives in Denmark. So the country in question is likely Denmark.
Oh. That makes sense. My brain must have passed it over thinking it was a typo (of course they're not a dog of a specific breed)
