At this point I stick to the lager drink, matched one-for-one with the water drink. Hashtag aging....
Oh, right there with you friend, I incorporate quite a bit of water in the drinking session, with a 30 minute break to absorb the water before drinking again.
Aging is very effective at removing that sense of invincibility many of us had when younger.
I drink water like it's still the 90s
