I'd say about the same level of assault than the christians gathering to call other people murderers.
It's too bad the 'powers that be' will probably get really mad something was thrown near their sister or something
Unfortunately, "they deserved it" isn't really part of the law.
I propose we pass a law that officially makes "he needed killin' " a legally admissible affirmative defense. If you can prove to the jury, beyond a reasonable doubt, that someone just needed killin', you can't be convicted of murder.
I'm sure this won't have any horrific negative side effects whatsoever...

Don't be so sure about that, consider that raw chicken will be a good carrier for diseases. On the other hand, if those christians aren't vaccinated they would also qualify for this.
It's biological material too which often has legal implications.
