Yes this is a great list thank you! I love that you added a Metadata scrubber thingie too, I've been thinking about being more consistent in doing that.
I just created a new mastodon account on matapocos.dog and it seems that none of the apps will pull up that instance, have.you ever had that problem with particular instances?
Edit: Oops I glazed over the fact that you haven't used mastodon yet, but if anyone has had.this issue pls chime in
