Not at all! But when the police come by, you should say 'I invoke my 5th amendment right to remain silent.' (assuming you're in America) Then stop speaking entirely.
For people who don't know, it is extremely important to say that phrase, the way laws are currently interpreted you do not have your 5th amendment rights until you invoke them. If you want a lawyer say that first! Anything said after invoking the 5th nullififes it.
Love when rights only work if you cast them like a spell. Normal country stuff.
Several of my lawyer friends have commented that it is like learning magic. Say the right arcane phrase and (legal) reality shifts.
