So if they were merely mentally disabled but never acted on their desires nobody would know they are a pedo and ergo would be in no danger... unless they felt compelled to physically attack people for wearing a shirt at which point they would have announced by their actions that they felt targeted.
Except the people that wear shit like this are the same people who constantly say "all trans/gays/immigrants/Democrats are pedos". So this shirt isn't about literal pedos. It's about hating groups of people they've arbitrarily assigned this label to.
