Hah I was curious when I read the comments initially, but definitely not curious enough to look it up and I totally forgot about it after I closed the thread.
I believe this is referring to Kanye West's wife, who appeared naked at the Grammys. No, that thin piece of cloth doesn't counts. For more information, please read the tale "the emperor's new clothes".
