To be fair, it is really cold in most of the northern hemisphere right now.
Put on a jacket?
Yeah but a 4 minute drive is like a 30 min walk through the snow each way with a bunch of groceries. That's a significant chunk of the day
no such thing as bad weather only inappropriate clothing. Unless it's so bad you can't even walk but then you probably can't drive either.
