False. He lied about his naturalization process and also overstayed his visa. Whatever "citizenship" he says he has was acquired under false pretenses, but who am I kidding: conservatives don't care about the law. Which is why I'd be okay if he experienced consequences of the extrajudicial variety. Outlaws deserve nothing less.
