Not exactly a map, but here’s an article about some of their underground passages. I don’t think there’s a whole city under the city. Just a network of underpasses that connect buildings, because of the heat and all. Taipei has something similar.

Is it cooler than Montreals? People told me the same thing about there but it’s just a series of narrow ugly passageways. What a disappointment.
The underground path in Toronto is 2km of shops, dining, gyms, etc.
It was bustling before the pandemic and hasn't fully returned to that capacity yet.
I stand corrected... It's 30kms!!!
