Saskatchewan needs to turn off the Potash and Uranium delivery. Once people realize where that stuff is now coming from Trump may have to answer for some things.
Export tariffs. Raises revenue.
The best and most reliable source of potash is in Saskatchewan they are running off to Russia and Belarus for it now, because the US cannot mine theirs the same way we can. Thing is Putin is going to royally F over Trump in the very near future and no embargo tax will be reasonable, the new receptacle tariffs Trump will put on everything on April 2nd will only hurt more. We are looking at a long trade war.
Don't have the standard hatred for Russia, but it is silly to give them preferential trade status, while every ally is "screwing over the US". SK Potash has a huge shipping advantage to farm areas over sea and coastal ports.
Other Premiers should be more aggressive on export taxes now, and if somehow we need to compete with Russian Potash in a month, then they can be revisited.
