Quick thought here: I you catch and transmit a disease or virus while not protected from it, and you could have been protected from it, you should catch a charge. One like assault, with a premeditated condition.

I understand the sentiment, but you can still catch the disease if you're vaccinated and be contagious. And if you haven't been vaccinated, then you're the one in trouble, not those who did take the vaccine.
No I think if you get hospitalized due to complications when not vaccinated, then you should pay a potion of the health bill. Incentivize people to take the goddamn vaccines.
If you were vaccinated you weren't unprotected.
