That was kind of the critical issue going on. There was this whole movement to get some kind of course change on Israel. Biden made it clear there was a higher chance of Trump changing course on Israel. Kamala insisted she would not change course from Biden.
It really didn't work out for their campaign.

I suggest you pay attention to actions rather than words. Trump brokered a peace deal in 10 days when Biden refused to do so in over a year.
What happened to being civil and nice?
Steve Witkoff, Trump's envoy, is the one who brokered the ceasefire deal. He imposed a meeting to Netanyahu in the middle of Shabbat and told him the peace deal was going to happen, no way around it. Biden had over a year to do this and refused to apply meaningful pressure on Israel.
Damn, Trump brought peace to the Middle East? News to me lol. As far as I’m aware, Israelis are still slaughtering Palestinians

Trump brokered a peace deal between Palestinians and Israeli which stopped, or at the very least paused, the genocide for almost two months now. Are you suggesting the situation was better under Biden?
He is also currently working towards a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia.
This dude is protesting because despite the stop of the genocide, the occupation of Palestine by Israel continues.
What happens when it falls through again in a week or two? And all things considered, of course it was going to be worse under Biden. That was in the months immediately following 10/7 which of course was going to be the time for the crazy response from Israel…

Biden didn’t do squat because he could barely get out of bed. They called him Sleepy Joe for a reason…. Dude took more vacation days than anyone in the world because he was old and supposedly had dementia
If it falls through again in a week or two, I have more faith in the Trump administration to potentially bring peace again than in the Biden administration. Biden was unwilling to use any serious leverage in order to get the Israeli government to stop the genocide.
I don’t like Trump. I merely acknowledge he has been far more successful in stopping the genocide compared to Biden. I do not agree with the Trump administration illegally detaining people.

Yes they did, in May 2024, Netanyahu immediately rejected it and the Biden administration refused to apply any meaningful pressure, which is why there was no deal until Steven Witkoff got involved.
