What I mean is, is there any virtual pet device or app where the pet actually represents you, the user, and in it you report if you have eaten, showered, exercised, how you're feeling, etc, and that is reflected in the pet/avatar? Could be a helpful thing for people with depression or any problem that makes them have difficulty for self care.

Someone else mentioned Habitica already, there are a few out there. I think they usually call it gamification. The only one I tried and was able to commit to was Walkscape (specifically gamifying getting out), although I've been slacking due to nasty winter weather.
