All he did durng the filming of Street Fighter was use cocaine and have sex with people. The entire movie production was cursed, people got seriously harmed during the filming. And to be honest, I kinda love that movie, it's very funny and entertaining.
Kylie Minogue never said anything about this, so it's probably a lie. The director said that besides the drugs and the bad acting, JCVD was a really good fighter and could do basically anything they asked him to do.
