Exercise. In my case it's so bad that "sitting upright" counts as exercise. Or "watching something slightly intellectually stimulating". I basically live 24/7 in bed. Haven't showered in months. I look forward to the next day my wife shaves off my ugly ass dirty greasy hair.

My illness is chronic but my tits are iconic!
So, uh, no, I'm not ok. I'm glad I live in a country with a somewhat working social safety net and I'm lucky to have a loving wife who can take care of me.
Ive been through a fraction of this, and I can only imagine how not nice it must be to be debilitated like this.
I wish you the best for the illness, and congratulations for the tits.
