Let's go with Umberto Eco's definition since it is well known and it is numbered for easy reference.

The only part that might apply to Democrats is #6.
Could just go with the simple one: fascism is capitalism in decay.
Then the republicans are fascists and the democrats are not fascists, because they are in denial about their empire decaying.
2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 13, and 14 all apply to the Democrats
