I really don't understand the attitude among the western left that they are "owning" the reactionaries and rich by selling out to them, giving them what they want in exchange for their money. You aren't "getting that bag" you are being a comprador. In an economic relationship, generally the one receiving the money/capital is the one being exploited - not the other way around. Employees, sex workers, poor nations exporting their resources and labor - all of these involve "getting that bag" from the capitalists (it's actually the mechanics of capitalism itself being extolled as something empowering instead of exploitative! Exchanging their endless funny money for our values, time, effort, and things is good for them and bad for us. Taking their money to do what they want is exactly what they want! They get: our souls. We get: monopoly money)

Harsh words but needed for the western left, who are filled with these people morally justifying themselves participating in the system by saying they are "grifting" it. It's all a grift. You're just becoming a part of the machine.
