That was my plan but I think you’re better off going Mint and using whatever hardware you want.

Apple is an oligarch company. The devices you “own” that you purchase from them are not actually your property. They belong to Tim Cook, Donald trump, and Vladimir Putin.

They jammed ai in there to “summarize” your private messages … and the ai happens on the cloud…. No way they’re flagging summaries they want to read, right?

Fuck Apple. Fuck Microsoft.

All western companies are oligarch owned though. Maybe we'll see some FOSS hardware coming out of China in the coming years, but in the meantime all the available options are produced by oligarch owned businesses.
