everybody who works in the WH for the administration gets access to the in house pill mill, so this is about weird sex shit or like specifically illicit narcotics... but the hilarious bit is that whatever is going on, the parties involved are at ZERO trust, because it's a cash deal. no possible reversal of charges, handshake deals, or whatever else can be sorted between parties that know each other and can float each other to avoid anyone carrying $3k in cash in a bag and having it jacked in a restaurant.
