MODERATORS
Throw them in jail, all of em. Whoever was in charge and knew about this, both at Amazon, and that consulting company, to jail for at least a year.
If i commit fraud, i go to jailz why the F is it different for companies? Just find who signed off on it, jail them.
Als bak Amazon from doing any business with the government for the next 5 years at least.
That is the only thing that will stop large companies from cheating and frauding their way ahead.
This sort of stuff needs to be treated for what it is, its a crime, JAIL THEM.
