If you are not physically active in other ways I encourage you to fetch it from the basement and set it up this weekend
Thank you. My partner and myself have not at all been active for a while due to medical issues. There is no raisin we couldn’t use a rowing machine now, though. We need to.. be people.
Easier said than done, and I'm in the process of doing it right now as well, but you gotta get used to breaking the constant cycle of "I gotta do it" and replace it with "I will do it now".
Doesn't work every time, doesn't work every day, but every time is a large success that makes my day better and my head a nicer place.
