MODERATORS
2 down-voters don't like federation?
Sometimes I try to swipe left and accidentally upvote and downvote posts.
Other times I’m holding my phone without locking it and accidentally click things.
I’m guessing this happens to other people too.
What app are you using?
It’s not just this app, it happens to me all the time with different apps.
It happens in email, mastodon, etc.
It’s just that touch screens can be imprecise and sometimes downvotes are just people operating their phones without realizing it.
Fair enough. I tend to avoid apps and just use websites, so I don't have that problem
Sync has swipe to vote gestures and I mistakenly up/down vote a comment while scrolling. I fix the down votes but no idea what that does on the backend with lemmy.
I pickup "downvote followers" from time to time because of what I say about .ml lol
Maybe I got one too!
Such a hectically petty thing to do
