It seems like your personal views are a lot more right-wing than normal on lemmy.ml. While you may see yourself as a centrist or leftist, that is not the case for others.
You might feel more at home on a different instance, like lemmy.world. Not only would local posts & users be more aligned with your own politics, you could also avoid the stigma/stereotypes associated with this instance. Even if you move to another instance (Lemmy server), you'll still be able to interact with most other instances, though some defederate from (block) some other instances.
To the contrary, I welcome criticisms my views in order to know whether they are correct or need adjusting. If you belong to a group in which everyone thinks the same, you will learn nothing. It's called groupthink. From https://www.investopedia.com/terms/g/groupthink.asp
